How much does it cost to join?
Nothing — joining and core features are free for every role. Paid extras (such as promoted opportunities) are clearly marked and always optional.
How do I get paid?
Ticket money is processed securely by card. After a contracted job is marked complete, the platform divides the money per the signed splits and records every payout with its reference and due date, visible to both sides.
Are the contracts legally binding?
The standard-form wording is designed to be fair to both sides and is locked — only the commercial schedule (money, dates, extras) is negotiable. For high-value engagements we recommend independent legal advice. See the terms & conditions.
What happens to my data?
Fan signals are anonymised and aggregated before venues ever see them. We never sell personal data. See the privacy notice and cookie policy.
