Billing questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in two clicks from your account, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. We email you before every renewal.
What happens to my signatures if I downgrade?
Your own captures stay yours. On Free you choose 5 library signatures to keep using; anything you've published stays published.
What if a capture fails?
If a capture is rejected by our checks or fails on our side, it doesn't count towards your monthly allowance.
