Partner programme terms

Version 2026-11-03 · Last updated 3 November 2026

These terms are between you (the "partner") and DigMusiK Ltd (company number 16671712). They apply in addition to our terms of service. You must be 18 or over.

1. What you get

  1. Free Pro. Partners who join with an invitation (or whose application we approve) get the Pro plan free for 6 months, or the period stated in their invitation. We email you a week before it ends. It doesn't renew into a paid plan unless you choose one.
  2. Your link and code. You get a personal link (app.digmusik.com/r/YOURCODE) and code to share.
  3. A free month for your audience. Anyone who creates a new DigMusiK account with your link or code gets their first month of Studio or Pro free, as a free trial. One trial per person; not for anyone who already has or has had a paid plan.
  4. Commission. For 12 months from the day each person joins with your code ("referred member"), you earn 20% of what they pay DigMusiK for plans and for creators' plugins, measured after VAT (or other sales tax) and card and payment fees. On a creator's plugin your commission comes out of DigMusiK's share, never the creator's.

2. How commission works

  1. Commission is recorded when a referred member's payment succeeds. It becomes payable 14 days later, to allow for refunds.
  2. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed. If it was already paid to you, we deduct it from your next payout.
  3. No commission is earned on: your own account or accounts you control; people who already had a DigMusiK account; payments made after the 12-month period; or anything obtained through a breach of these terms.
  4. Your dashboard shows totals only (visitors, sign-ups, trials, paying members and commission). We don't show you who joined with your code, to protect their privacy.

3. Payouts

  1. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect to your bank account, monthly, once you're owed at least £10. Stripe verifies your identity when you set up payouts; DigMusiK doesn't ask for or keep identity documents.
  2. You're responsible for tax on your commission. Digital platforms must report some sellers' and partners' details and earnings to HM Revenue & Customs; you agree to give us accurate information for this.

4. Promoting DigMusiK

  1. Say it's a paid partnership. Whenever you share your link or code, make it clear that you're a DigMusiK partner and earn commission (for example "#ad" or "paid partnership", as the UK Advertising Standards Authority's rules and most platforms require).
  2. Only say things about DigMusiK that are true and reflect your honest opinion. Don't promise features, results or prices we don't offer.
  3. Don't send unsolicited marketing emails or messages with your link, don't bid on "DigMusiK" in search adverts, and don't create sites, accounts or adverts that could be mistaken for DigMusiK's own.
  4. Don't use your link for your own sign-ups, create accounts for others, or offer anything of value for sign-ups beyond the free month we provide.
  5. You can use the DigMusiK name and logo to promote DigMusiK, but not as part of your own brand, product or domain name.

5. Changes, pausing and ending

  1. We may change the programme (for example the commission rate or free period) for the future with 30 days' notice. Changes never reduce commission already earned or the 12 months already running for people who've joined.
  2. You can leave at any time. We may pause or end your participation with notice, or immediately for a serious breach. Commission earned properly before then is still paid.
  3. If we close the programme, commission already earned is paid on the normal schedule.
