Cancellations and refunds

Version 2026-11-03 · Last updated 3 November 2026

1. Cancelling a plan

Cancel any time from Account → Plan → Cancel on app.digmusik.com. It takes a few clicks and you don't need to contact us. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free. We email you to confirm.

2. Your 14-day right to cancel

  1. When you first subscribe to a paid plan, you have 14 days to change your mind and get a refund.
  2. Because you'll usually start using the library and captures straight away, if you cancel within those 14 days we refund everything you paid, minus a fair amount for what you've used: £0.60 for each capture trained in that time, up to the price of the period.
  3. To cancel within 14 days, use the Cancel button (choose "cancel and refund") or email support@digmusik.com with your account email. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
  4. This right applies to your first subscription, and again to a free trial that turns into a paid plan.

3. Renewals

We remind you before each renewal. If you forget to cancel before a monthly renewal, email us within 7 days of the renewal and, if you haven't trained any captures since, we'll refund it.

4. Creators' plugins

  1. When you buy a creator's plugin, it's supplied straight away. We'll ask you to agree to immediate supply and to confirm you understand that you then lose the legal 14-day right to cancel a digital content purchase.
  2. Even so, if the plugin doesn't work properly on your system, or isn't as described, tell us within 30 days and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. Where a plugin offers a trial or free version, please try it first.
  3. If a plugin is removed because of a rights dispute, buyers keep access unless the law requires otherwise, or receive a refund.

5. Faulty digital content and services

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected by this policy. If what we supply is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, or if that isn't possible or doesn't fix it, a price reduction or refund.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, in the same currency, within 14 days of our agreeing them. Your bank may take a few more days to show them.
