Single units

Compressors, EQs, preamps, consoles and tape, each credited to the member who captured it. Units captured with working controls respond like the hardware.

Chains

Whole signal chains

A chain captured as a whole is one combined sound, shaped with Drive, Tone, Mix and Output. A chain built from single units lets you adjust every unit.

Shared

Chains and settings

Chains and single-unit settings members have built from hardware and Originals, saved from the plugin and shared with everyone. Open one and every unit stays adjustable.

Our own studio processors, free for everyone

Alongside members' captures, we're building our own line of processors, inspired by the great families of studio gear but designed by us, with controls those classics never had: sidechain inputs, mid/side, built-in parallel blend and more. They'll be free on every plan, and they don't count towards Free's five.
